Dear Parents and Students,  

Thank you for registering for summer piano lessons!  We always look forward to teaching during this time as it is a relaxed learning environment; students have more downtime to practice and start new project pieces, work on technique and/or theory. This form will ask you to indicate which weeks you plan on taking lessons and your preferred lesson days/times.  Don't worry if you need a different day/time as the summer goes on, we are very flexible.  Go ahead and sign up.  We can iron out the details as we go.   You will only be charged for the lessons you take.  Summer lesson rates for 30, 45 and 60 minutes:    $60, $90, $120 Lessons are offered on the following dates: June 8 - August 21.  No lessons the week of Aug 10.

After you fill out this form we will email you an invoice for summer lesson tuition.

Academic Year Dates: September 7, 2026 – May 28, 2027

Register here to reserve your lesson spot(s) for September 2026. New students must complete a Student Application before registering.

Please complete the form carefully:

• Enter your family last name.
• Indicate your billing preference (1, 2, or 5 annual payments).
• Complete the scheduling section and include your full availability. You may list preferred lesson times in the comments section. We understand that many school and activity schedules are not finalized yet, so please complete the form as accurately as possible and keep us updated with any changes.
• Review and agree to the studio policies. Tuition and policy information may be found on our website:
• Complete the photo release section.
• Select the number of students you are registering and submit the appropriate registration/administrative fee and/or payment via Venmo.

Registration / Administrative Fees 1 student: $80 2 students: $130 3 students: $170 4 students: $200

Please note that the registration/administrative fee is non-refundable and separate from tuition.
