Dear Parents and Students,  

Thank you for registering for summer piano lessons!  We always look forward to teaching during this time as it is a relaxed learning environment; students have more downtime to practice and start new project pieces, work on technique and/or theory. This form will ask you to indicate which weeks you plan on taking lessons and your preferred lesson days/times.  Don't worry if you need a different day/time as the summer goes on, we are very flexible.  Go ahead and sign up.  We can iron out the details as we go.   You will only be charged for the lessons you take.  Summer lesson rates for 30, 45 and 60 minutes:    $60, $90, $120 Lessons are offered on the following dates: June 8 - August 21.  No lessons the week of Aug 10.

After you fill out this form we will email you an invoice for summer lesson tuition.

Art Piano Studio 2026–27 Registration

Academic Year: September 14, 2026 – May 28, 2027

Please complete this registration to reserve your lesson spot for the 2026–27 academic year. New students must complete a New Student Application before registering.

Registration

Please complete the following:

• Enter your family last name.
• Select your tuition payment preference (1, 2, or 5 annual payments).
• Complete the scheduling section with your full availability. We understand that school and activity schedules may not yet be finalized, so please provide as much information as possible and keep us updated with any changes. Preferred lesson times may be included in the comments section.
• Review and agree to the studio policies. Tuition and policy information is available on the Art Piano Studio website.
• Complete the photo release section.
• Select the number of students you are registering and submit the appropriate registration/administrative fee.

Registration / Administrative Fee

1 student: $80 2 students: $130 3 students: $170 4 students: $200

The registration/administrative fee is non-refundable and separate from tuition.

Important Dates

June 10: Please register by this date to reserve your lesson spot. After June 10, we will begin building the fall schedule and accepting additional new students.

August 1: Fall tuition invoices will be emailed.

August 15: Fall tuition payments are due.
